Closing notes AI extension
It would be great if the summary field of the closing note could be an AI summary that would consider the live chat as input. Ability to set and customize the system message if needed. Benefit: Feedback Quality: Not every agent is a prolific writer and this way, you can make sure that the summary always contains the most important items. Reduced Agent Effort: It also limits some of the necessary “close ticket work” for the agent.

Option to delete chat history without delete the Bot user
Hi, would be really great if you can provide an option through an action for example to delete/export entire chat history for bot user for a certain period of time. This way can control the overall chat size on the platform. I know media files can be stored on S3 but even text can add up when you have many users and may affect the overall performance. The only option available now is to delete the user entirely but this may cause unforeseen side effects.

Planned Feed JSON data into a WhatsApp Flows
At the moment, it's possible to pre-fill data in some components of a WA Flows (e.g. a string or number) using the dynamic int value. Unfortunately it's not possible to feed a JSON object which can be used to populate components like dropdown which limits the usability of the Flows. For example, you are fetching a list of products from the API and want to use them within the Flows. Some bot builder have this option to "feed" the data which can then be used within the editor (see screenshots attached).
