It would be great if the summary field of the closing note could be an AI summary that would consider the live chat as input.
Ability to set and customize the system message if needed.
Benefit:
Feedback Quality: Not every agent is a prolific writer and this way, you can make sure that the summary always contains the most important items.
Reduced Agent Effort: It also limits some of the necessary “close ticket work” for the agent.
